Lee Ferreira joined Ferring Canada as General Manager in September 2017.
Lee Ferreira joined Ferring with a strong track record in the pharmaceutical industry. She recently held the position of President and Chief Executive Officer at Leo Pharma Canada. Before joining Leo Pharma she held the position of CEO of Medical Futures Inc, a privately held Canadian Pharmaceutical company. Earlier, Lee started and developed her career at Genzyme where she held various roles of growing responsibilities, from National Sales Manager to Business Unit Director.
Sumintra Singh joined Ferring Canada as Financing Planning Manager in 2003 and is now Senior Director Finance, Logistics and IT and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Sumintra has expertise as a financial business partner to deliver analysis, execution and bottom-line results. She is accountable for all aspects of the company financial reporting and is a strategic business partner to the management team and operational business units. She worked in both the pharmaceutical industry and the consumer goods industry.
Sumintra Singh is a CPA, CGA and holds H.B. Com from Laurentian University.
Belle MacEachern joined Ferring Canada in February 2018 as Business Unit Head, Specialty and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
As a senior-level leader Belle brings with her more than 25 years of accomplished experience in Sales, Marketing and People Leadership. Belle joined Ferring with strong leadership experience having worked for a number of organizations including GSK, Novartis and Takeda with expertise in the areas of Inflammatory Bowel Disease, Oncology, Nephrology and Asthma. She has a proven track record in creating strategic plans and mindsets, driving initiatives while developing and retaining high-performance teams both in the biologic and general medicine environments.
Belle graduated from Ryerson University, Toronto, ON in Business and Marketing.
George Papaconstantinos joined Ferring Canada in 2016. He is Director of Regulatory Affairs and Quality Assurance and is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
He has more than 20 years of regulatory experience with the development, registration and life cycle management of Drugs, Biologics, Medical Devices and Non-prescription Health Products. His strategic leadership has resulted in many new market authorizations being issued by Health Canada over his career in the following therapeutic areas: fertility/women’s health, urology, gastroenterology, immunology, haematology, oncology, CNS, cardiovascular, dermatology, and respiratory.
Prior to joining Ferring, George has held various leadership and regulatory positions at Sanofi, Wyeth (Pfizer), GSK and Actavis where he led the regulatory integration of numerous mergers and acquisitions.
George graduated from York University in Toronto where he studied biological sciences and business at York’s Schulich School of Business.
Darryl Mallette joined Ferring Canada on January 7, 2019 assuming the responsibility of Business Unit Head - Reproductive Health. Darryl is a member of the Senior Leadership Team.
Darryl comes to Ferring from a leading global manufacturer and distributor of rehabilitation devices mainly focused in the athletic and therapeutic industry. Prior to working within the Athletic/Sports Medicine industry, Darryl gained valuable Pharmaceutical experience while working in progressively senior positions with firms such as Senofi, Theramed and Takeda.
Darryl brings with him a wealth of experience including managing complex organizational challenges during times of change and ambiguity.
Darryl has an Honours Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from the University of Guelph with a focus in Management Economics in Industry and Finance.
Richard Judge joined Ferring as Director, Human Resources in July 2019. He comes to Ferring from Polaris Transportation Group, where he was the executive HR leader for five business units.
Prior to working with Polaris, Richard spent 16 years with Teva Pharmaceuticals in progressive roles of increasing responsibility both on the generic and innovative sides of the business. As an HR Business Partner, Richard has a vast breadth of knowledge in commercial operations, as well as partnering in scientific areas including regulatory affairs, pharmacovigilance, medical affairs and biopharmaceutics. Richard has supported manufacturing including production, packaging, maintenance, warehouse and distribution, and his experience has also included oversight of areas in quality and compliance, in addition to corporate support functions such as technical operations, corporate engineering and new product testing. Richard brings with him a wealth of expertise and has had the opportunity to work through several complex and challenging organizational changes such as the Ratiopharm and Activis integrations into Teva management.
Richard has a Bachelor of Arts Degree in history from the University of Western Ontario, and studied Human Resources Management at George Brown College.
